Security systems co owns and operates a state of the art control room providing our customers round the clock monitoring services and support for security and building services.

Our services to customers include monitoring of alarms and alerting the customer via email, SMS, capturing digital picture and transmitting them by email. Our service also includes carrying out pre-assigned instructions and assistance to customers during emergencies.

All our installed alarm systems and building automation systems at the customer’s premises are integrated with the SCADA running in our 24-hour monitoring station which instantly reports any faults or emergencies. The monitoring station, while acknowledging these alarms, also routes them to the concerned personnel, authorities, and service providers via SMS, emails, fax etc.

Our monitoring station currently services over 2000 clients around Kuwait. Through this monitoring service, we have successfully averted many crisis situations.
